Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They installed our backup generator and have maintained it for over four years. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose them. They consistently show up on time, keep maintenance on schedule, and are resourceful when it comes to solving problems.

Two of my neighbors have also had their systems installed by them. With all the new construction in our area, power reliability has become an issue, and having a backup generator has made a tremendous difference. Knowing we have dependable equipment and a great company keeping it running gives us real peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Technician was clean, professional, and an expert in generator diagnosis and owner use. He took the time to answer questions about an older model general generator that was in a home we purchased without question. Highly recommended for any diagnostic need for the back-up generator.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Back-Up Power Service is an extremely professional company with technical expertise. The technician who serviced my whole house generator did an outstanding job. He was extremely knowledgeable professional who took the time to show me how he was doing the annual service . He left me with pictures of the process as well as a written description of it. I will not hesitate to use this company again!
